  11. If u like then u can add rai tadka on the appam..
  12. For tadka, heat oil in a pan and add rai in it..
  13. Heat till you hear the crackling sound..
  14. Pour this tadka on Suji Hemispheres..
  15. Garnish and serve hot with green chutney or fresh curd or ketchup..
