- It’s of Rainbow Frozen Chicken Livers.
- It’s of Spur Peri-Peri Sauce.
- You need of Onion (Small).
- It’s of Green Pepper (Small).
- It’s of Robertsons Chicken Spice.
- Prepare of Robertsons Barbecue Spice.
- Prepare of Robertsons Steak and Chops Spice.
- Prepare of Black Pepper.
- You need of Aromat.
- You need of cooking oil.
Chicken Livers step by step
- Defrost and drain water from the livers.
- Place the livers in a bowl and marinate with brown spices and Aromat.
- Finely chop onion and green peppers into dices.
- Put cooking oil in a cooking pan and add onion & green peppers, fry for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken livers, fry for 15 minutes until slightly brown.
