  1. It’s of chicken liver.
  2. It’s of Oil.
  3. You need of cinnamon.
  4. You need of clove.
  5. You need of cardamom.

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan.
  2. Add the cinnamon, clove and cardamom.
  3. Add the onion and saute it till the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Sprinkle a little water and add the smashed cloves of garlic and the tomato.
  5. Saute for about 2 minutes then add the turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
  6. When the masala is properly mixed, put in the pieces of liver and add a little water.
  7. Saute it till the masala is blended with the pieces of liver.
  8. Then add water and cover the pan with a lid.
  9. Leave it for sometime, stirring it occasionally..
  10. When the liver is is cooked and the gravy is thick and dry, add sugar and a pinch of garam masala.
  11. Stir it one final time.
  12. Serve.
