Ingredients of Mala Xiang Guo
- You need of Pre-pack Mala sauce.
- It’s of Cabbage (sliced).
- Prepare of Sausages.
- Prepare Slices of Pork shoulder.
- It’s of Pork/Squid/ mushroom balls.
- You need of Crabs stick, beancure skins, potatoes.
- It’s of Sweet potatoes noodles (your preferred noodles).
- It’s of Chopped garlic.
- You need of Other ingredients you preferred.
- You need 3 of tpbs oil.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
Mala Xiang Guo instructions
- Slice all your ingredients into half or pieces (your preferred cut).
- Boil all your ingredients in a pot, cover with lid (put aside cabbage and garlic).
- Heat oil to pan, add in garlic and cabbage to stir fry (3min) cover with lid..
- Drain off all the water from the boiled ingredients and place all the ingredients to the frying pan with the cabbages. (stir fry well).
- Add the Mala sauce and add in water (stir fry well – 2min),cover with lid (5min) stir fry another 3min, ready to serve.
